Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates We currently offer the following shipping options:
- Standard International Shipping: 10–20 business days
- Express International Shipping (if available at checkout): 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders (details will be shown at checkout when available).
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at faithfieldshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will do our best to assist you.
